Can we try the program first before enrolling?

Yes! You can sign up for a 7-day free trial before your credit card will be charged.

How do I know this is a positive community?

Creating and maintaining a positive, supportive community is our top priority. All of our content is intended to promote optimism, health, well being, creativity, empathy, and self-acceptance. Our contributors and community moderators report any negativity and it is removed as swiftly as possible.

How often will my credit card be charged?

After your free trial period ends, your credit card will be charged for the 30 day membership fee. Subsequently, your credit card will be charged at the start of the next 30 day period unless you choose to cancel the membership.

How do I cancel my subscription?

To cancel your subscription at any time, visit the My Account page, click on Orders, View, and then Cancel. You can re-activate your enrollment at any time from this same page.

What if I want to re-enroll my teen?

No problem! If you want to re-enroll your teen, just visit the My Account page, click on Orders, View, and Re-Activate.

Is this a therapy or counseling service?

No. Level Up Teens is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or mental health condition. The information is not to be construed as medical advice or instruction and is not meant as a substitute for or alternative to information from health care providers. This program is solely for educational purposes only. Many teens that currently engage in professional therapy services will find our program to be a helpful resource that promotes healthy living concepts.

How old do I have to be to enroll in Level Up?

All teen ages 13-17* are welcome to enroll in Level Up and participate in our community.  When you turn 18 years old, you are welcome to continue being an active member of our community! When you turn 20 years old, you will then qualify to apply to be an intern. (Email for more information about being an intern with our program.)

*Teens 18 years old who are still currently in high school are welcome to enroll.

How do I qualify to be a Teen Mentor?

Our team of Teen Mentors are pre-selected for their maturity, positivity, and ability to express themselves. If you think you have what it takes to be a Teen Mentor, go to the “Become a Teen Mentor” page. (Remember, you have to be an active participant in our program for at least 2 months before applying. Hang tight, we’re excited for you to apply!)

Do I have to log in at a specific time?

Nope! You have access to our private community 24/7. If you want to watch the live streams while they are streaming live, you can do that for sure! (Most live streams are scheduled, but some are a surprise too!)

What are the Level Up instagram accounts?

When you’re enrolled in Level Up, you’ll get an email and text with the link to the private Level Up instagram account where you can then immediately start participating in our amazing community.

You can also visit @talk.about.real.things for our free live stream program open to all teens in the U.S. and Canada. It is one small part of the Level Up program.

How do I get access to the program once my parent enrolls me?

Once your parent or guardian enrolls you in Level Up, you will get an email and a text message with easy instructions on how to gain access to our private community. We can’t wait to see you there!

Why is there a Teen Agreement?

Creating and maintaining a positive, supportive community is our top priority. Therefore, each teen who participates in our program will agree to the Teen Agreement:

  • Be positive and supportive to others (and they will do the same for you!)
  • Be honest (speak truthfully and see how good that feels!)
  • Be open-minded (you’ll learn new things that way!)
  • Never hurt, bully, or express anything mean (we know you never would!)
